My son was a patient and left over a month ago. He had no insurance so we paid cash $16,000 in advance for his treatment. We are due a refund of $14 ,000+ and have gotten a runaround trying to get our money, they HAVE NOT REFUNDED OUR MONEY. My son is in another facility and the money would go far in paying for that treatment. Marisa has gotten this issue resolved, thank you for your assistance. Seems there was an issue with communications. Although it shouldn't have gotten to this point.

Been here 4 times, it's a summer camp basically for adults. Great facility, amazing nurses, food is great, beds are comfortable, if you have a problem with your roommate they can move you. Therapists are experienced and truly care such as Mrs.Cynthia, she is truly amazing. I have 100 days clean today thanks to this place, the only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 is because the A/C system & Vents need to be cleaned, they pass around this harsh cough with loogies in your throat after being there for a few weeks and it sucks, plus wasps come out the vents sometimes depending if your there in summer. It seems to be a yearlong sickness/cough so they need to clean the vents up for sure. Other than that, this place is highly recommended and always a great experience. Thanks for reading.

I honestly have a lot of love for the retreat. I've been there twice and felt like I was able to grow and heal a little more each time. I currently have 10 months of sobriety and owe a lot of it to the retreat. The therapists genuinely care, there's plenty of activities in between the various groups, and the chef who prepares the vegetarian meals goes above and beyond to help with various dietary needs. I've made a lot of good friends here and met some amazing people. My only complaint would be that some of the nursing staff can act a little unprofessional at times, not to say all of them though just a select few really gave off the vibe that they didn't like their jobs. All that being said this is the #1 facility I recommend to anyone trying to start their new life.

Best rehab I’ve ever been to. This place is really clean, all staffs there are so friendly & always willing to help you throughout your recovery. The food there is oh so gooood ! They always have late night snack which is my most favorite part of the day! Lol. But seriously though, this place is awesome and I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and family who needs help from addiction.

The Retreat helped me more than I could have ever imagined. Therapist Kim N. was amazing. She is patient, understanding, caring, and calls you out when necessary. She was a blessing and I am thankful for her everyday. If you are ready and willing to do whatever it takes to get clean and sober the Retreat will help you get there. Charlie and Ashley our track group counselors were amazing as well. Adam in intake was a huge help too. The day I arrived Adam kept me calm even though I was everything but. Troy was great and always had a great upbeat attitude. Heather in the 2nd floor nurses station was amazing and incredibly patient and kind. The food was amazing and all the kitchen personnel are great. The advisors keep your schedule busy enough to keep you out of your head, but still give you enough free time to unwind or rest. Overall, it's an amazing place and I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs treatment and wants to get better. My advice to you is if you are ready, don't wait, make the call and go right now. It will change your life. Best wishes and God bless.

Retreat saved my sons life. Great staff who are very skilled but also dedicated & caring! Food is good & the structure & rules are what the clients need but not necessarily what they like :). I would send him here again if he needed to go inpt.

Retreat will always hold a special place for me since I successfully discharged over 2 years ago. They were my first rehab and I've stayed sober since and I can't thank you guys enough for all the help I received in understanding myself as a person. I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of the staff and I've stayed in touch with them over the years. Love you all

The support staff at the Retreat is made up of some of the most caring and dedicated professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They go above and beyond to make sure that the needs of every patient are met, even putting their own personal lives aside to get things done on evenings and weekends. They treat everyone like family and with the utmost kindness and respect. I would recommend this place to a loved one in a heartbeat.

I've been working as a professional in the addiction field for many years. I can say unequivocally I would recommend Retreat to my own family and loved one. The staff from top to bottom is one of the most pleasant I have encountered, and the clinical care is second to none! Not to mention the owner ran another facility that saved my life many years ago. God Bless the Retreat please continue to save lives!

I have been in the Treatment Industry for almost 30 years. I referred literally thousands of people to various treatment centers around the country over that time. The Retreat (in Lancaster and West Palm) are facilities that I would rank in the top 10. The physical plants are excellent, the locations perfect and the food is great. They are in-network with most major insurers and will take out-of-network benefits. Their clinical staff are experienced and really know how to engage patients in early recovery. I have many success stories that started at The Retreat. They are truly a "Premier Treatment Center".

Excellent facility! The very 1st person I ever had the honor of helping get into Retreat has just celebrated 3 years of sobriety. I credit the amazing staff and leadership with giving this person the tools to start leading a happy and healthy sober life. A "must call" treatment center.

One of the most comfortable, clean and caring places you can begin in your journey to recovery. They take care of all your medical needs along with highly qualified therapists and staff to educate and help you process the underlying issues of your addiction. Most importantly they have a bulk of staff who understands what you are going through and truly treats you well, not just as if you’re another addict. It’s also a very clean and well put together residence. They take a very good Holistic approach to treating your addiction. Would definitely look deeper into this facility if you are struggling.

Retreat at Lancaster County should be nothing less than a 5 Star Facility. I'm saying this from first hand experience as I was a patient there. The Staff there does anything in there power to make your stay there comfortable. I could talk for hours about What Retreat has done for me. If you know anyone who is struggling with addiction I 100% recommend the Retreat at Lancaster County.

Retreat begins the journey for people. I have seen people come to treatment, hopeless and afraid. There is something that happens to them at Retreat that helps set the stage for their recovery. They are no longer full of fear and are full of hope!

Over the last six years I've received many clients from the Retreat at my recovery houses known as Sees the Day. Many of the clients I personally quiz about their experiences at the Retreat and many have provided positive feedback about the facility, the staff and individualized treatment services. In fact, many clients say it is the best treatment center they've been to. I've found the clients to be well prepared and motivated for recovery...which makes our job as a recovery easier. Based on my feedback and years of experience with this organization I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there, particularly a family member. It is truly a premiere program, which is part of their tag line...I believe they are doing their best as an organization to live up to it.

This is a great facility and I will continue to reccomend it to friends and Family . I don't really know how someone who has the opportunity to get into this facility would write a nasty review like I have seen considering not is beautiful inside and out and the staff is first rate when it comes to addiction recovery. Both in Lancaster and in Palm Beach

My son was a patient. We had a very positive experience. From the admission process through discharge they were great. Everyone got back to us very quickly. Never an issue with getting a call back or an email within hours. Best of all, they took very good care of our son. He also had a very positive experience. We believe it gave him the new start that he needed and deserves. They also were very thorough with his discharge after he left their facility which was wonderful. I feel very comfortable following with them again if my son has any issues in the future. This place came to us highly recommended from a counselor in our area and we feel lucky that our son was given this chance.

As a prior patient I would recommend retreat to anyone looking for a treatment center. I've been to other inpatient facilities in Florida and Pennsylvania and Retreat by far had the most helpful and caring staff as well as the nicest facilities. I was provided with wonderful inpatient care and given the support I needed after discharge with aftercare.

Retreat. There Are so many feelings and memory's that come to mind when I think of this amazing facility. I don't know many people that can say that about an in patient treatment center. No words can describe the experience this place has not only given me but thousands of other. Retreat has been there on more then a couple occasions when I had nowhere and no one else to turn to. Retreat is the only rehab that's given me everything they promised on there advertisements and more. Not only is it a beautiful facility but what goes on on the inside and behind he scenes is unimaginable. It's not only the staffs unique personalities but it's the soul and passion they put into there jobs on a daily basis. This place and the people that make it what it is gave me hope. This is a life or death disease, and retreat and given me my life back.

As a previous patient of Retreat, I cant say they are the first place I would recommend to anyone looking for help. The atmosphere is great and it feels very individualized. Nice facility and you will meet a lot of great people there who will spend as much time needed to help you any way they can.
